DJ Harmony is a software application designed to assist DJs in live performance, organizing tracks, creating and managing sets, viewing Camelot Wheel harmonic mixing information, and managing music-related metadata and preferences.

DJ Harmony may be provided as beta software, early access software, preview software, or software under active development.
Beta versions may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, data inconsistencies, performance issues, or other defects that could affect functionality or result in loss of data.
Features, user interfaces, storage formats, synchronization behavior, and application functionality may change at any time without notice.
By using DJ Harmony during any beta or preview period, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the Service is provided without guarantees regarding stability, availability, or suitability for production use.

DJ Harmony, including its software, user interface, branding, design, logos, documentation, and related content, is owned by RayLabz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based upon the Service.
DJ Harmony does not claim ownership of any music files, metadata, playlists, track information, or other content managed by users.
Users remain fully responsible for complying with copyright, licensing, and other legal obligations relating to their music collections and content.
We strive to maintain reliable availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
While we take reasonable measures to protect stored data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of any important tracks, sets, playlists, notes, or metadata.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures, software defects, user actions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RayLabz, DJ Harmony, their owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of music libraries, corrupted playlists, damaged metadata, interrupted performances, business interruption, or other commercial damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
